AIPM Jeevan Udaan Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

The AIPM Jeevan Udaan Program (“Program”) is a goodwill-based referral initiative operated by AIPM (AIPM Agriclinic & Integrated Pest Management Pvt Ltd.) to encourage individuals to introduce potential clients to AIPM for pest management and related services.

By registering for or participating in this Program, you (“Participant”, “Referrer”) agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of the Program

This Program is purely a referral-based incentive initiative.

• Employment
• Partnership
• Franchise
• Agency
• Sales representation

Participation is voluntary and non-exclusive. The Program involves no joining fees, no investment, and no mandatory targets.

3. Eligibility

• Hotel staff (Chef, Housekeeping, Reception, Managerial staff, etc.)
• Freelancers and independent individuals
• Sales professionals
• Any individual legally capable of entering a contract under Indian law

4. Registration & Verification

Registration must be completed through the official AIPM website or authorized channel. AIPM reserves the right to verify participant identity and approve or reject applications.

5. Referral Process

A referral is considered valid only when the client is new to AIPM, a service agreement is signed, and payment is received.

6. Referral Benefit Structure

Single Business Partner Reward: 2% referral benefit on new business value.

Annual Business Partner Reward: 3% continuing benefit for active contracts.

7. Payment Terms

Payments are released only after receipt of client payment and internal verification. All benefits are subject to applicable taxes.

8. Taxes & Compliance

Participants are responsible for declaring income and paying applicable taxes.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants must act honestly, avoid misrepresentation, and protect client confidentiality.

10. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Participants must comply with all applicable Indian laws.

11. Suspension & Termination

AIPM reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for violations.

12. No Guarantee of Income

Earnings depend solely on successful referrals. This is not a money circulation scheme.

13. Modification of Terms

AIPM may modify or discontinue the Program at any time.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of India with jurisdiction in Indian courts.
