AIPM Jeevan Udaan Program

1. Introduction

The AIPM Jeevan Udaan Program (“Program”) is a goodwill-based referral initiative operated by AIPM (All India Pest Management / AIPM Management) to encourage individuals to introduce potential clients to AIPM for pest management and related services.

By registering for or participating in this Program, you (“Participant”, “Referrer”) agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of the Program

• This Program is purely a referral-based incentive initiative.
• It does NOT constitute:
  • Employment
  • Partnership
  • Franchise
  • Agency
  • Sales representation
• Participation is voluntary and non-exclusive.
• The Program involves no joining fees, no investment, and no mandatory targets.

3. Eligibility

The Program is open to:

• Hotel staff (Chef, Housekeeping, Reception, Managerial staff, etc.)
• Freelancers and independent individuals
• Sales professionals
• Any individual legally capable of entering a contract under Indian law

Participants must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Provide valid identity and verification details (Aadhaar / PAN if required)
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws

4. Registration & Verification

• Registration must be completed through the official AIPM website or authorized channel.
• AIPM reserves the right to:
  • Verify participant identity
  • Approve or reject any application without obligation to provide reasons
• Registration is considered complete only after profile activation by AIPM.

5. Referral Process

• A referral is considered valid only when:
  • The client is newly introduced to AIPM by the Participant
  • The client has not been previously engaged with AIPM
  • AIPM successfully signs a service agreement with the referred client
• Mere introductions do not guarantee any benefit unless a confirmed business agreement is executed and payment is received by AIPM.

6. Referral Benefit Structure

6.1 One-Time Referral Benefit

• 10% referral benefit on the value of new business introduced (as applicable).
• Applicable only after successful onboarding and receipt of payment from the client.

6.2 Continuing Monthly Benefit

• 2% continuing benefit on the contract value during the active service period.
• Applicable only for annual or recurring contracts.
• Continuing benefit stops immediately upon:
  • Contract termination
  • Non-payment by client
  • Suspension or cancellation of services

7. Payment Terms

• All benefits are calculated after deduction of applicable taxes, including 18% GST where applicable.
• Payments are made via:
  • Cheque
  • NEFT / Bank Transfer
• Payments are released only after:
  • AIPM receives payment from the client
  • Internal verification and approval
• No advance or provisional payments will be made.

8. Taxes & Compliance

• Participants are solely responsible for:
  • Declaring income
  • Paying income tax or any other applicable tax
• AIPM will comply with statutory tax deductions wherever legally required.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

• Maintain honesty and transparency
• Avoid false promises, misrepresentation, or misleading claims
• Refrain from aggressive or unethical selling practices
• Protect client confidentiality and data
• Represent AIPM’s services accurately and responsibly

Violation of conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination from the Program.

10. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Participants must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to:

• Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Information Technology Act, 2000
• GST laws and tax regulations

Any illegal or unethical activity will attract legal consequences.

11. Suspension & Termination

AIPM reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate participation without prior notice if:
  • Misconduct is observed
  • False information is provided
  • Legal or compliance violations occur
• Withhold unpaid benefits in case of violations

12. No Guarantee of Income

• This Program does NOT guarantee any income.
• Earnings depend solely on successful referrals and client payments.
• This Program is NOT a money circulation scheme under the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.

13. Modification of Terms

• AIPM reserves the right to:
  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program
  • Amend Terms & Conditions at any time
• Updated terms will be published on the official website.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
